        Educational background: graduated from Department of Law, Liaoning University, currently studying in the China University of Political Science and Law as a postgraduate majoring civil and commercial law.

Practice experience: Past the bar exam and obtained the lawyer qualification certificate in 1999, at the same year worked in Liaoning Deyuan Law Firm; transferred to Beijing Tiantan Law Firm in 2007; joined Beijing King & Bond Law Firm in April, 2008.

        In the past 9 years, Qi Peng has worked as legal counsel for a lot of enterprises and nearly 40 hospitals. He has a variety of experience in medical equipment procurement, tender and bidding of large project, operation, planning and corporate management of enterprises, all kinds of medical disputes, real estate disputes, electric appliance injury and electric engineering dispute.

1. Zhang* intentional homicide case (Zhang* killed 2 persons and received 15 years’ sentence)

2. 2.6 million yuan debt case- LG Electronics (China) v. Zhao*, Qi Peng represented Zhao* and won the case

3. Product Quality Dispute- Liaoning copper company v. certain Dalian enterprise

4. Pawn dispute- Beijing pawn shop v. certain real estate company (all the aforesaid cases were handled by Qi Peng himself)
