      A career soldier and senior counsel, had been engaging in legal service at Armed Police Command College since 1995. He has been at his new post as a full-time attorney since he retired in 2004. During his 37-year career in the armed forces, he had engaged in security work for 22 years. He is proficient in investigation and prosecution of various criminal cases, especially in the analysis of criminal evidence and finding. He had handled more than 100 cases of criminal investigation, prosecution, defense and handling over with accurate classification, lawful procedures, tight logics and secure handling and have withstood the test of time, without complaints or correction. He is good at coordinating relations with good faith, and fully mobilizing positive elements.
