Representative cases:

1 Criminal case- death caused by intentional injury

2 Represented the first defendant of more than ten defendants in the case such defendant was charged over ten times robbery and three times theft crime (gang crime). Through his deliberate evidence analysis before court session and excellent oral argument on the court, the non-guilty defense opinion of two theft cases was accepted by the court and five robbery cases were found by the court to be lack of evidence, therefore Yuan Xiaodong obtained great trial effect and defense result.

3 Represented a Taiwanese merchant in the additional implementation case in respect with 1.30 million U.S. dollars

4 Peacefully solved the family property allocation case. Yuan Xiaodong was entrusted to handle a family property allocation case which involved 29 rooms. The case was complicated- not only related to two times’ inheritance and several times’ co-construction, but also related to the harmonious relationship between the family members. After coordinating with the chief judge and collecting a great amount of evidence, Yuan Xiaodong finally made the two parties recover friendship on the basis of clearly analysis of facts in the case.
