       Lu Mingsheng began his practice with the purpose of serving people, he always follows the principal of “clear discrimination between right and wrong, pursuing justice through integrity and eloquence” ; he emphasizes both hard work and appropriate method so as to find the right solution to achieve best and economic effect. It is Lu Mingsheng’s belief that one good lawyer is not only a master of law but also an expert to solve problems. He has been elected as the Advanced Individual and Excellent Lecturer many time and the cases handled by him also received widely appraise of clients.

 

       After ten years research and practice of marriage and family law, Lu Mingsheng believes that the marriage and family lawyer shall assume more social responsibility while handling cases. Such lawyer shall not prompt the litigation party to divorce through the lawyer’s preconceived mind or let the litigation party strengthen the intention to divorce. On the contrary, the marriage and family lawyer, when entrusted, shall understand the real intention of the litigation party, and understand the essence and legal meaning of “maintaining the marriage ” and “divorce”, so as to make the parties under dispute to restore the good relationship again through flexible method. In the case of no possibility or need to restore the good relationship, the lawyer shall limit the dispute to the smallest scope and maintain the client’s interest so that the parties can have a “happy ending of marriage” and the society can be stabilized through one family’s stabilization.
