Representative cases:

        Zhang Rui has been legal counsel of a lot of large companies and has abundant corporate legal practice experience. He was responsible to protect the company from legal risks during operation and join the negotiation of important businesses and coordinate with government authorities. He has successfully solved various contract, credit & debt and labor cases and therefore was recognized and appraised by all clients.

Zhang Rui has handled the construction contracting agreement dispute between one construction company and one administrative organ, (represented the winner construction company), object of action is 2.38 million yuan; he successfully maintained the legitimate rights of the enterprise.

        Sales contract dispute- one limited liability company and one pipe company (represented the winner “limited liability company”), in this case Zhang Rui recovered nearly 1 million yuan losses for the company

Li* intentional injury (serious injury) case, Gao* intentional homicide, Bao* robbery case and Lin* theft case etc, in these cases, Zhang Rui successfully obtained favorable judgments for the defendants.
