        Corporate legal issues and negotiation, drafting and revising contract of large investment project; important litigation and arbitration cases. Jiang Xiaojuan also has deep research on labor law, social insurance law, real estate construction law and criminal law etc.

(1) Participated in negotiation and drafted investment agreement between Hong Kong company and one Wall Street investment bank

(2) Participated in negotiation and drafted cooperative operation enterprise contract between one Hangzhou Sino-foreign cooperative joint venture enterprise and Wenzhou power company

(3) Represented some Malaysian in dispute with Beijing real estate developer

(4) Under the entrustment of certain foreign-funded company, revised the Articles of Association, Employee Handbook and labor contract for such company

(5) Represented certain Hong Kong company in share dispute

(6) Represent certain district resident in dispute with property management company

(7) Represented certain company in dispute of land use right

(8) Represented certain individually-owned business owner in dispute of house rent
