        Major practice areas of Qu Xinming are civil and business litigations and non-litigation cases, including construction dispute, corporate dispute, traffic accident dispute, medical accident dispute, contract dispute, employment dispute, personal injury compensation etc. Qu Xinming has plenty of experience and techniques in respect with the aforesaid cases, and has handled a great amount of non-litigation cases. He has been legal counsel of many large-medium enterprises and institutions. Now Qu Xinming is focusing on research of the FIDIC article in contract and its practice in China.

(3) Sales contract dispute- Hebei cement factory v. Beijing Urban Construction Yatai Company

(4) Subcontracting construction contract dispute- Beijing Urban Construction Yatai Company v. agent of certain international famous brand

(9) Traffic accident compensation case- the Jiang’s (3 family members) v. Deng* and Shou Qi Group, and the medical accident dispute against Beijing Oriental Hospital caused by the treatment after traffic accident. Qu Xinming obtained more than1.2 million yuan compensation for clients. The accident and trial were reported by Jinghua Times, Transportation Channel of Beijing Broadcasting Station and other media.
