      Liu Lili practices general intellectual property with emphasis on complex litigation of trademark, copyright, patent and commercial secret issues, as well as other ADR. cases. Her ADR. cases is mainly involved (1) company trademark application, objection, reply, litigation preparation, fight against counterfeits, well-know marks’ applications; (2) copyright registration; (3) apply, review, demand to be invalid  of designs, utility models and patents. 

      Liu lili graduated in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2002, she was an assistant of judge in civil court of people’s court of Jianshi County, Hubei province. After quiting from this job, she used to work in consultation department of Beijing Unitalen Ltd.,Co. and complex department of Beijing Qi Zhi Attorneys. to provide Intellectual Property services for real estate companies, technology companies and media companies. She is currently practicing law in Beijing KING&BOND LAW FIRM
